Mr. Mokaddem is a mining engineer with approximately 40 years of professional experience in Africa and North America. He has successfully led all stages of implementation in several projects, from feasibility studies to start-ups of production units of different scales, including maintenance of complex units, functional departments and distribution networks. Noureddine Mokaddem holds broad interests, as investor, in many private and publicly companies: From 2010 to 2020, Director and Officer of the mining company Aya Gold & Silver Inc., listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange; Executive Chairman of a company with a project for a wind farm in Morocco; General Manager of a conglomerate of seven production units in water resources, waste transformation, agriculture, construction and trade PVC & PEHD & Concrete supplies, and greenhourses; Launch of a gold, copper/lead/zinc, silver mining operation in Morocco; Active on various phosphate group projects in Africa, including the restart of the Boucraa mine in the Moroccan Sahara and chemical industries of Jorf Lasfar. Board member of Abcourt since 2024.
Mr. Hamelin, holder of a Mining Engineering Degree decreed by the Ecole Polytechnique of Montreal, is member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec (since September 2009) and of the Professional Engineer of Ontario (since July 1993). Mr. Pascal Hamelin cumulates over 30 years of progressive and relevant experience in mining project management. This experience was acquired in the Sudbury and Abitibi mining camp. Board member of Abcourt since 2022.
Mr. Lévesque brings a solid 30 years background in the mining sector with a depth experience in financial reporting and corporate governance, as well as experience in capital markets and finance, including debt financing, royalty sales and corporate transactions. Most recently Mr. Lévesque was Chief Financial Officer of Monarch Mining Corporation and previously Chief Financial Officer of Maya Gold and Silver. He is a member of the Ordre des Comptables Professionnels Agréés du Québec.
With a bachelor's degree in Geological Engineering and more than 20 years of experience in mining exploration, project management and teaching, I am recognized as an adaptive, resourceful and goal-oriented manager. Board member of Abcourt since 2022.
Mr. Mestrallet is a veterinairian, member of the “École nationale vétérinaire” of Lyon, France, since 1980. Since 1983, he is president of Demavic, a private company located in France and manufacturing materials for animals. Mr. Mestrallet is a Board member of Abcourt since 2013.
With over 10 years of experience in key roles for mining companies, Mr. Cenac Robert was previously a director at the publicly traded mining company Orex Exploration, which he guided through its merger with Anaconda Mining. He continued to work with the company when Anaconda Mining became Signal Gold Inc., where his roles focused on strategic advisory work with investors and communications.
Robert Gagnon holds a bachelor’s degree in geology from the University of Quebec in Chicoutimi and is a member of the Ordre des géologues du Québec. Mr. Gagnon has extensive experience in managing exploration projects and evaluating deposits. He was President of Pershimex Resources Corporation from 2013 until its amalgamation with Abcourt in May 2023 and as such, has a very good knowledge of the mining properties thus acquired from Pershimex.
Lawyer since 1983. Partner of the law firm Lavery, de Billy L.L.P. Director and Secretary of Midland Exploration Inc., a Canadian mining exploration company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and Director and Secretary of Genius Metals Inc., a Canadian mining exploration company listed on the Canadian Stock Exchange. Board member of Abcourt since 2021.
Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a dual specialization in HR and Marketing, Annie Migneault has over 20 years of experience in the entrepreneurial world. Before joining the Abcourt team in 2023, she held a senior executive position at Technominex, an exploration services company. Her strong management expertise and inspiring leadership will undoubtedly contribute to the success of Abcourt Mines.
Eric Gratton is a chartered professional accountant with over 30 years of management experience and has spent the last 15 years working in the mining industry. Prior to his career in mining, he served as a logistics officer in the Canadian Army for 22 years, where he held numerous positions, including a six-month deployment to Afghanistan as Director of Resource Management for the Canadian contingent. In the mining sector, he worked for Semafo, Glencore and Nordgold before joining Fortuna Mining as Commercial Manager in 2015. He was promoted to General Manager External Relations West Africa in 2017, a position he held until July 2023. He then founded Orionis Mining Consulting, a mining consulting firm based in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire. From 2017 to 2023, he headed the boards of directors of Roxgold SANU (Burkina Faso) and Roxgold SANGO (Côte d'Ivoire) on behalf of the Chairman. Board member of Abcourt since February 2025.
Chad Williams has an extensive background in capital markets and business management. He is the founder and Chairman of Red Cloud Mining Capital Inc, Honey Badger Silver, Mines D’Or Orbec and Sharechest. He was one of the founders of both Agilith Capital Inc. and Westwind Capital Inc., as well as the former CEO of Victoria Gold Corp. (he departed in 2011) and former Head of Mining Investment Banking at Blackmont Capital Inc. He also serves on the board of NewFound Gold Corp. Prior to these positions, Mr. Williams was a top-ranked mining analyst at TD Bank and other Canadian brokerage firms in Toronto. Mr. Williams is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario, having received a Bachelor of Engineering degree and a Master of Business Administration from McGill University. Board member of Abcourt since August 2025.
Ms. Godard was a member of the Barreau du Québec from 1986 to 2023. She has several years of corporate secretariat experience with Canadian mining companies.
